At Finca Bavaria we promote local, conscious and planet-friendly food. We follow a concept of slow food, emulating biological times, returning to the simplicity of each dish.

Nature takes its time, us too

with low environmental impact

Our diet is plant-based because we believe that this type of food is the most empathetic and the one with the least environmental impact.

To the extent possible, we use organic ingredients, harvested locally by friendly hands. In this way, we reduce our carbon footprint, while collaborating with the ventures of local farmers.
